LOCUM TENENS PLACEMENT – FOR HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL GROUPS

Salient MD Agency has placed over 250 Physicians with over 60 Medical Centers and Hospitalist groups since 2008. Our Physicians understand the importance of representing you with professionalism and a sense of commitment. We not only have the ability to meet your temporary coverage needs with quality Physicians, but to do so at a great value.

Further, Salient offers a unique “Locum Tenens Management Service” for Medical Centers. We will assume responsibility for filling all Locums Staffing needs, whether the Locums Physician is sourced by the Medical Center, by Salient, or by another Locums Agency. More specifically:

• Salient will assume responsibility for all securing and scheduling of Locums Provider coverage on behalf of Medical Center
• Locums Providers will be sourced through one of three channels (at Facility direction)
  • Salient will assist in scheduling of Providers recruited directly by Medical Center
  • Salient will recruit and schedule Providers (as needed) to cover Medical Center
  • Salient will Interact/Negotiate/Coordinate as directed and as necessary with Other Locums Company(s) to complete the schedule
